FIVE DATABRANCH EMPLOYEES EARN NEW CERTIFICATIONS
OLEAN/ELMIRA
HEIGHTS – In continuing with their pledge to represent the
leaders of the Information Technology market, five employees
of Databranch, Inc. have earned new vendor certifications to
better serve their clients.
Jeff LaBenne,
Branch Manager of Databranch in Elmira Heights, recently
earned his certification as a Cisco Design Associate. In
becoming a CCDA, Jeff is
able to successfully implement and maintain the network
design aspect of the
Cisco converged network.
In addition to
becoming a CCDA, Jeff also holds certifications as a
Certified
Sonic WALL Security Administrator, Cisco Sales Expert in
Unified
Communications, and Citrix Sales Professional.
Databranch is
proud to have a long-standing relationship with Cisco and is
the only Cisco Premier Partner in the Southern Tier.
Joe Leo, a Field Engineer at Databranch of Olean, recently earned certifications
as a Microsoft Systems Administrator and a Microsoft Small Business Server
Specialist.
As an MCSA, Joe has the ability to successfully manage and troubleshoot
system environments running on the Windows 2003 platform. The Small
Business Server Specialist certification enables Joe to have access to specific
resources that provide support for solutions built on Microsoft technologies.
Databranch is a Microsoft Certified Partner as well as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist and a Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller.
Sarah Bray, an
Account Manager at Databranch of Olean, recently received
her
certification as a Cisco IP Communications Express Sales
Specialist.
With this
certification, Sarah has the knowledge and skills necessary
to assess,
recommend and guide the implementation of IP Communications
solutions
into the workplace.
Sarah also holds
certifications as a Cisco Sales Expert, Cisco Wireless LAN
Sales
Expert, Cisco Foundation Express Sales Specialist and Citrix
Sales Professional.
Jeff Bussard,
the newest Account Manager at Databranch of Olean, has
recently
obtained status as a Cisco Sales Expert.
In becoming a CSE,
Jeff will be able to partner with clients to help them
acquire
and implement Cisco technologies into the workplace.
 Jeff Tham, a
Systems Engineer at Databranch of Elmira Heights, has
completed three new certifications during his time with us.
Jeff is now certified
as a CompTIA Network+ Engineer, Microsoft Small
Business Server Specialist and an HP Desktop Fundamental
Specialist.
In addition to his three new certifications, Jeff is also a
Microsoft Certified
Professional, Microsoft Certified Security Administrator and
a
Microsoft Certified Engineer.
