DATABRANCH EMPLOYEES EARN NEW CERTIFICATIONS
OLEAN/ELMIRA
HEIGHTS – In continuing with their pledge to represent the
leaders of the Information Technology market, three
employees of Databranch, Inc. have earned new vendor
certifications to better serve their clients. Our
congratulations and appreciation go out to our following
team members for their continuing hard work and dedication!
Jeff Tham, Systems Engineer at Databranch in Elmira
Heights, recently earned three new certifications.
Jeff is now a Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA).
With this certification, Jeff has full access to second
level SonicWALL technical support and SonicWALL beta
programs. Jeff now has the capability and expertise to
extend SonicWALL products and security applications and
deliver higher levels of security technology and service.
Databranch is proud to have three engineers who are
Certified SonicWALL Security Administrators!
Jeff also completed the following Microsoft
certifications which include: Microsoft Certified
Technology Specialist for
Network Infrastructure Configuration and Microsoft
Certified Technology Specialist for Applications
Infrastructure Configuration. These
MCTS certifications demonstrate Jeff’s breadth of
knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and related technologies
which include names resolution, file and print services,
network access and remote access, windows deployment
service, terminal services, web services and media services.
In addition to his three new certifications, Jeff is also a
Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified
Security Administrator, Microsoft Certified Engineer,
Certified CompTIA Network+ Engineer, Microsoft Small
Business Server Specialist and an HP Desktop Fundamental
Specialist.
Databranch
is a Microsoft Certified GOLD Partner as well as a Microsoft
Small Business Specialist and a Microsoft Authorized
Education Reseller.
Matt Hillman, a Senior Systems Engineer at Databranch
of Olean, recently earned the following Citrix
certifications which include: Citrix Certified Administrator
for XEN Server and Citrix Certified Administrator for
Presentation Server 4.5. These certifications give
Matt the ability to successfully design, configure, install
and administer specific Citrix products including XEN Server
and Presentation Server.
In
addition to his two new certifications, Matt also holds his
CompTIA A+ and Server+ certifications, and is a Microsoft
Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) 2000, Microsoft
Certified Professional (MCP)2003, Citrix Certified
Enterprise Administrator (CCEA), Cisco Certified Network
Associate (CCNA), Cisco Unified Communications Express
Specialist, Certified SonicWall Security Administrator(CSSA),
and a Windows 2003 Small Business Specialist.
Brady Hummel, a Field Engineer at Databranch of
Olean, recently earned his CompTIA Network+ certification. CompTIA
Network+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification
that enables Brady to administer and maintain the features
and functions of networking components. This certification
also gives Brady the ability to install, configure and
troubleshoot different types of networking hardware,
protocols and services.
In addition to his Network + certification, Brady also holds
his CompTIA A+ certification and is certified and qualified
to service a number of HP desktops, workstations and
notebooks as well as a large range of HP Laserjet printers.
He is currently working towards his Microsoft MCP Desktop
Support certification.
