FIVE DATABRANCH EMPLOYEES EARN NEW CERTIFICATIONS
OLEAN/ELMIRA
HEIGHTS – In continuing with their pledge to represent the
leaders of the Information Technology market, five employees
of Databranch, Inc. have earned new vendor certifications to
better serve their clients.
Jeff LaBenne,
Branch Manager of Databranch in Elmira Heights, recently
earned his certification as a Cisco Design Associate. In
becoming a CCDA, Jeff is
able to successfully implement and maintain the network
design aspect of the
Cisco converged network.
In addition to
becoming a CCDA, Jeff also holds certifications as a
Certified
Sonic WALL Security Administrator, Cisco Sales Expert in
Unified
Communications, and Citrix Sales Professional.
Databranch is
proud to have a long-standing relationship with Cisco and is
the only Cisco Premier Partner in the Southern Tier.
Joe Leo, a Field Engineer at Databranch of Olean, recently earned certifications
as a Microsoft Systems Administrator and a Microsoft Small Business Server
Specialist.
As an MCSA, Joe has the ability to successfully manage and troubleshoot
system environments running on the Windows 2003 platform. The Small
Business Server Specialist certification enables Joe to have access to specific
resources that provide support for solutions built on Microsoft technologies.
Databranch is a Microsoft Certified Partner as well as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist and a Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller.
Sarah Bray, an
Account Manager at Databranch of Olean, recently received
her
certification as a Cisco IP Communications Express Sales
Specialist.
With this
certification, Sarah has the knowledge and skills necessary
to assess,
recommend and guide the implementation of IP Communications
solutions
into the workplace.
Sarah also holds
certifications as a Cisco Sales Expert, Cisco Wireless LAN
Sales
Expert, Cisco Foundation Express Sales Specialist and Citrix
Sales Professional.
Jeff Bussard,
the newest Account Manager at Databranch of Olean, has
recently
obtained status as a Cisco Sales Expert.
In becoming a CSE,
Jeff will be able to partner with clients to help them
acquire
and implement Cisco technologies into the workplace.
 Jeff Tham, a
Systems Engineer at Databranch of Elmira Heights, has
completed three new certifications during his time with us.
Jeff is now certified
as a CompTIA Network+ Engineer, Microsoft Small
Business Server Specialist and an HP Desktop Fundamental
Specialist.
In addition to his three new certifications, Jeff is also a
Microsoft Certified
Professional, Microsoft Certified Security Administrator and
a
Microsoft Certified Engineer.

JEFFREY BUSSARD JOINS DATABRANCH, INC.
OLEAN -
Jeff Bussard has joined Databranch’s Olean office as a Sales Account Manager. He comes to Databranch
with over 14 years of sales, marketing and managing
experience, previously working as the District Director
of the Boy Scouts of America for DuBois and Lancaster,
Pennsylvania.
As a Sales Account Manager, Jeff will work closely with
key business clients to effectively implement and manage
technology to improve their business results.
Jeff is a graduate of Clarion
(Pa.) University, where he studied Business
Administration and Marketing. He has served as an EMT
Instructor for three years, Secretary of his local
Sertoma Club for four years and is a Trustee at his
local church.

OLEAN – Matt Hillman and Jeff LaBenne, both of Databranch,
Inc. in Olean, have successfully completed training to
become Certified SonicWALL Security Administrators.
With this certification, both Matt and Jeff have full access
to second level SonicWALL technical support and SonicWALL
beta programs. They now have the full capability to extend
SonicWALL products and security applications and deliver
higher levels of security technology and service.
SonicWALL is a national company that designs, develops and
manufactures network security, secure remote access, Web and
e-mail security, continuous data protection, and policy and
management solutions. They offer an array of solutions to
provide enterprise-class Internet and data protection.

Jim Finch, a Business Systems Consultant in
Databranch’s Olean office, recently became a
QuickBooks Pro Advisor. With this certification, Jim
is able to provide the software, support, training
and resources to provide top-notch support for
clients who use QuickBooks Pro, Accountant and
Enterprise Editions.

Joe Leo, a Field Technician also from the Olean
office, has completed his CompTIA Network+
certification and is now a Microsoft Certified
Professional. The CompTIA Network+ is an
international, vendor-neutral certification that
enables Joe to describe the features and functions
of networking components. The certification also
gives Joe the ability to install, configure and
troubleshoot different types of networking hardware,
protocols and services. In becoming a Microsoft
Certified Professional, Joe has access to the
valuable resources and support that Microsoft
provides to excel in the technology service market.

Amy Tryon, an account manager at Databranch of
Elmira Heights, recently became a certified Citrix
Sales Professional. With this certification, Amy is
now fully capable of helping clients acquire, build
and support their access infrastructure solutions.
